摘　　要：工程机械驾驶室是人与机器交换信息的地方,驾驶员需要在驾驶室内操作机器的行走、作业。因此,驾驶室不仅需要安全,还需要美观、舒适。异型管材的应用不仅简化了驾驶室的生产工艺、降低成本,而且使驾驶室在造型上更加美观。介绍工程机械驾驶室新材料与新工艺的应用,实践证明:酸洗板、电泳涂料及涂装、粉末涂料及涂装的应用使得驾驶室的生产更加快捷,更加环保。Operator cab of construction machinery is the place where man is to exchange information with the machine,and where the operator has to drive and control travel and work of the machine.Therefore,the cab does not only need safety but also has to get good-look and comfort.Various-section tubes application do not only simplify manufacture workmanship and lower the cost but also make a better look for shape of the cab.The text introduces application of new materials and work process for the cab of construction machines,and practice proves that picked boards,electro-phoretic coats and coating,powder coats and coating are applicable to the cab to make it faster in fabrication,and better in environment protection.
