摘 要:目的探讨并行采集技术(iPAT)在上腹部MRI检查中的应用价值。方法对56例患者,首先进行快速自旋回波(TSE)序列的T2Wl+FS和扰相位梯度回波(FLASH)序列的T1Wl常规扫描,然后在参数保持一致的情况下采用iPAT扫描,测量并计算图像的信噪比(SNR)及对比噪声比(CNR)。呼吸运动伪影对图像质量的影响通过评分来判定。结果无论是T2WlFS序列还是T1WI序列,iPAT使用前后SNR及CNR的差异均无统计学意义(均P〉O.05)。使用iPAT后呼吸运动伪影的影响明显减小,得分为4分和3分的图像明显多于使用iPAT前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对于屏气配合不佳的中老年患者,采用iPAT进行上腹部MRI检查,采集时间缩短.呼吸运动伪影减少,较常规的MRl检查更有优势。Objective To evaluate the application of integrated parallel acquisition techniques (iPAT) in the upper ab- dominal MRI scanning. Methods Fifty six patients underwent conventional MRI scanning in both T2WI+FS of turbo spin-echo (TSE) sequence and TlWl of fast low angle shot(FLASH) sequence, then iPAT scanning was performed with the consistent pa- rameters. The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and the contrast noise ratio(CNR) of MR images were measured and calculated. The breathing artifact of images was scored. Results There were no differences in SNR and CNR between T2WI+FS/TIWI scanning with iPAT and T2WI+FS/TlWl scanning without iPAT(P 〉0.05). Application of iPAT reduced the breathing artifacts; there were more images with score of 4 and 3 in scanning with iPAT than those without iPAT(P〈0.05 }. Conclusion MRI scanning with iPAT in the upper abdominal MR imaging can shorten scanning time and reduce the image breathing artifact, which is superior to conventional sequence and is more suitable for elderly patients.
