摘　　要：分析网络新闻发言人制度对推进我国社会民主化进程的重要作用,并针对如何利用网络新闻发言人制度推进我国社会民主化进程提出建设性意见,希望能对这一制度在我国的有效推广有所借鉴。This paper analyzes the importance of the Internet news spokesperson system for China＇s social democracy,and proposes some measures that the government should take for such a purpose.
