紫外线灯在新生儿暖箱的终末消毒效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察比较含氯消毒剂和自制紫外线灯对新生儿暖箱的终末消毒效果。方法随机抽取新生儿中心使用后的新生儿暖箱80个,随机分为实验组和对照组各40个,对照组选择含氯消毒剂擦拭消毒法,实验组采用自制的紫外线灯管进行空气消毒,照射消毒时间为40min。每个暖箱终末消毒后取箱内物体表面及空气样本各1份进行细菌监测,比较二组消毒效果的合格率。结果 2组比较,实验组合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用自制的紫外线灯对新生儿暖箱进行终末消毒,是一种易制作、简单、方便、经济、效果可靠的方法,适用于新生儿暖箱的消毒,值得向基层医院推广。Objective To compare of the final disinfection effect on neonatal incubator by chlorine disinfectants and self-made ultraviolet lamp.Methods 80 used newborn incubators were randomly picked from the neonatal centers,and were randomly divided into experimental and control group of 40 each,chlorine disinfectant wiping disinfection was applied to specimen in control group,while self-made ultraviolet lamp for air disinfection was used for 40 minutes to samples in experimental group,irradiation sterilization time of 40 min.After final disinfection,samples of incubator inside surface and air were taken for bacteriological monitoring,the pass rates of two groups＇ disinfection effect were being comparing.Results Of the two groups,the pass rate of the experimental group was higher,the difference was significantly meaningful（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using self-made ultraviolet lamp to do terminal disinfection for the neonatal incubator is an easy manufacturing,simple,convenient,economic,effective and reliable method,which is suitable for disinfection for neonatal incubator,and is worth to promote this method to primary hospitals.
