摘　　要：主要探讨工业遗产保护结合地下空间开发的策略。首先,藉由对现今我国工业遗产保护的问题进行分析,提出我国工业遗产保护的困难点主要集中地面的土地开发问题。其次,分析工业遗产结合地下空间的开发模式,论证工业遗产保护具有与地下空间结合的可行性。并综合上述两者的分析,提出四项工业遗产与地下空间两者共同开发策略优势与解决的问题。最后,以苏州苏纶厂地块作为实例论证,并提出地下空间开发与工业遗产保护结合后,对于工业遗产保护所可能产生的四种改变。This article is focused on industrial heritage combined with underground space development strategy.First of all,by today＇s industrial heritage protection issues analysis,it is pointed out that the pain points of China＇s industrial heritage protection are mainly ground land development issues.Secondly,the analysis of pattern for industrial heritage combined with underground space development demonstrates the feasibility of industrial heritage combined with underground space development.And comprehensive analysis of the above,this paper presents four policy superiority and resolved problems for joint development of industrial heritages and underground space.Finally,this article takes Su-Lun of Suzhou demonstration plots as instance and shows that after the combination of underground space development with the protection of industrial heritage,there will be four possible changes for the industrial heritage.
