摘 要:在上海轨道交通10号线溧阳路站-曲阳路站区间隧道的施工中,盾构在推进至四平路沙泾港桥梁位置时,将不得不从桥梁的桩基中穿过。由于桩的入土深度已经贯穿了整个隧道断面,导致必须对桩基进行拔除或切断等处理。为了在去除影响盾构推进障碍物的同时保证施工中旧桥功能的发挥,本工程采用扩大板式基础托换和隧道内除桩的方案。为此,需要确定桥下桩基托换过程中的合理开挖暴露长度。本文通过理论计算和数值模拟,结合对桥梁结构在施工过程中内力和变形的分析,提出了合理开挖暴露长度,从而为工程的顺利实施提供了借鉴和指导作用。During the construction process of the interval tunnel from Liyang Road station to Quyang Road station of Shanghai Metro Line 10,the shield machine will have to cross the bridge's pile foundation when it arrives at the position of Shajinggang Bridge on Siping Road.Since the pile embedded depth is quite great and has run through the entire tunnel section,they must be pulled out or cut off.In order to ensure the bridge's normal traffic while removing the barriers which affect the advance of shield machine,the underpinning technology with expanded raft foundation and the technology of removing pile in tunnel are proposed in this project.Therefore,the reasonable pile exposed length during the underpinning process under the running road bridge should be determined accordingly.In this paper,based on the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,a series of analysis on the internal force and deformation of the bridge structure during the construction process were carried out.Then the reasonable pile exposed length was proposed,which provides reference and guidance for the construction of this project.
