摘 要:目的:探讨扁平化管理在手术室的应用。方法:根据手术室工作特点,建立扁平化组织结构,通过工作流程再造、绩效考核和人力资源重组等措施,逐步实现扁平化管理。结果:手术室工作流程趋向合理,人力资源紧张得到缓解,工作效率得到提高;患者和医生对手术室护士的工作满意度由扁平化管理之前的82.8%和93.4%分别提高到94.6%和98.9%。结论:扁平化管理使手术室管理更加科学、合理和高效,有利于手术室管理工作健康发展。Objective:To explore the application of flat management in the operating room.Methods:According to the characteristics of the operating room,the flat organizational structure was established,and the reform of flat management was realized gradually through process reengineering, performance evaluation and human resources reorganization, etc. Results:Workflow of the operating room tended to rationalization. Human resources got more effective utilization and work efficiency improved. Patients' satisfaction and doctors' satisfaction with the operating room increased from 82.8%, 93.4% to 94.6% and 98.9%, respectively. Conclusion:Flat management could make the operating room management more scientific, reasonable and effective, and contributed to healthy and rapid development of the operating room.
