摘 要:目的:通过测算和描述北京市产科母婴同室病房的护理工时,了解病房的人员配置状况。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,选取北京地区3家医院,共9个母婴同室病房,对各项护理操作的工时进行测定。结果:母婴同室病房24小时护理总工时为(256.30±80.81)h,其中对新生儿的护理时间为(80.83±36.82)h,约占总工时的1/3。在最耗时的5项护理操作中,有3项为"对新生儿的护理操作",其中为新生儿"换尿布""喂药、喂水、人工喂养"两项操作耗时最多,用时远高于其他护理项目。结论:对新生儿的护理增加了护理人员的工作量,造成母婴同室病房的人员配备相对不足。Objective: To investigate the allocation of nursing staff by calculating and describing the nursing working hours in maternal-infant wards. Methods: The nursing working hours were measured among 9 maternal-infant wards in 3 hospitals in Beijing by convenience sampling. Results: The average working hours were (256.30±80.81) h per day. Nearly one third of the whole working hours were spent in caring infants, which were (80.83±36.82) h per day. Among the top 5 time-consuming nursing operations, three operations belong to "operations for infants". Conclusion: Caring for infants increased the workload of nursing staff, which may lead to the lack of nursing human resource in maternal-infant wards.
