加床与病房住院患者舒适度的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解加床和病房住院患者住院期间的舒适状况,为改进医院护理管理提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表,通过对随机抽取的40例加床患者(加床组)和60例病房患者(病房组)进行问卷调查。结果两组在舒适等级比率方面无显著差异(P>0.05)。舒适评分,两组患者均得分不高,且加床组患者在生理、心理、环境、社会文化舒适度方面与病房组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),加床组得分低于病房组。环境舒适度两组得分均处于较低水平。结论加床会影响住院患者的舒适度,环境舒适影响最大,管理者应采取有针对性的措施,改善环境,提高患者舒适度。Objective To find out the comfortable condition of the patients in the informal and ward beds,which will provide reference for improving nursing management. Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 40 patients which in the informal beds and 60 ones which in the ward beds. Results Between the informal and ward beds group,there was not obvious difference of ratio with comfortable level,but the comfortable scores of all patients were lower and which showed obvious difference in physiology,psychology,environment,society and culture（P0.01,P0.05） between these two groups.Moreover,they were all in lower level in comfort of environment. Conclusion Informing beds will affect the comfort of all patients and the greatest impaction is the comfort of environment.Nursing administration should adopt appropriate measures to improve the environment condition,and improve comfort of patients.
