两层PSH立体车库防坠器冲击数值模拟

摘　　要：PSH立体车库防坠器冲击问题属于低速重载冲击问题。一旦冲击破坏结构,造成损失大。但由于防坠器属于安全补救设施,多数设备生产厂家并不重视对PSH立体车库进行坠落冲击计算。针对这一问题,用Ansys瞬态分析模拟了某新型两层PSH立体车库在升降链条断裂,载车台板与车被防坠器捕获停止坠落过程中,车台板与车对防坠器和整个结构的冲击力峰值,并对数值模拟的结果进行分析。结果表明该型PSH立体车库所使用的FQB2—50型自落式防坠器是安全的。It is a low speed and heavy load impact problem that the PSH Stereo garage anti dropping device＇s impact problem.A large loss resulted once the structure damaged by impact.But most equipment manufacturers don＇t calculation the impact effect on PSH because that the anti dropping device belong to safe recovery device.To solve this problem,the Ansys transient analysis simulation of a new two layer PSH is used,when the lifting chain breaking,car bedplate and the car crashed to captured by the anti-dropping device stop falling process,the most impact effect on the parachute and the whole structure produced by car bedplate and car.The numerical simulation results are analyzed.The results show the FQB2—50 falling-self anti-dropping device used by this PSH is safe.
