摘 要:用水热法合成了平均粒径44nm的铁酸镍纳米磁性粉体.样品物相用X射线衍射仪和能量分散普(EDS)表征,形貌通过透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)观测.所得样品的磁性用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测试.结果显示所制备的纳米NiFe_2O_4粉体具有铁磁性特征,其饱和磁化强度M_s为49.3 emu/g,剩余磁化强度M_r为8.5emu/g,矫顽力H_c为54.7Oe.Nickel ferrite nanocrystals, with average particle size of 44 nm, were prepared by a hydrothermal method. The structure and morphologies of the as-prepared products were characterized by conventional techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), Energy Dispersive Spectrometry (EDS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The magnetic properties of the samples were characterized on a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results showed that the as-prepared particles are ferromagnetic and its saturation magnetization Ms is 49.3emu/g, remnant magnetization Mτ is 8.5emu/g and coercive force Hc is 54.7Oe.
