甜瓜含糖量的介电特性无损检测研究

摘　　要：本文首先建立了甜瓜果肉含糖量与瓜肉电阻率的函数关系,然后针对瓜蒂瓜皮较厚对甜瓜电阻影响较大的特性,将甜瓜瓜皮考虑在内,重新提出从甜瓜中央处研究电阻值与果肉电阻率、瓜瓤电阻率、瓜体大小、果肉厚度、瓜瓤厚度之间的定量关系,并且从甜瓜中央处建立完整甜瓜电阻的新数学关系.通过与从甜瓜两端瓜蒂建立的电阻模型相比较,本文提出的模型具有更好的准确度.The work established the functional relationship between the melon flesh＇s sugar and the flesh＇s resistance rate. Taking into account of the impact brought by the thick rind of melons, this paper discussed the quantitative relationship between the resistance and the parameter of melon body size, and built the mathematical relationship of complete melon＇s resistance from the melon＇s center. The results showed that the accuracy of the model proposed in this work was better.
