摘 要:针对现有的支承压力监测方法存在的测试精度低、抗干扰性能差、易受水侵蚀影响等问题,以光纤光栅传感原理为基础,设计并实现了一种基于圆柱结构的支承压力传感器。该传感器消除了径向应力的影响,仅感受支承压力的变化;以光为传输介质,不受矿井水和瓦斯的影响。相关的力学标定实验结果表明,该传感器输出与应力具有良好的线性关系,应力灵敏度系数约为20~30pm/N,测试精度较高。相似模拟实验结果表明,受开采影响,工作面前方一点支承压力呈现逐渐增加并最终趋于稳定的变化趋势,与实际变化规律相一致,验证了该传感器用于支承压力监测的可行性。In order to solve problems of poor testing precision, bad anti-interference and unreliability caused by water erosion, an abutment pressure sensor with circular cylinder structure was designed andimplemented on the basis of fiber grating sensing principle. The sensor only senses changes of abutment pressure without radial pressure and takes fiber as transmitting medium to avoid influence of water and gas. The result of corresponding mechanical calibration test showed the sensor has good linear relationship with abutment pressure and has sensitivity coefficient of 20~30 pm/N and high precision. The result of similar simulation experiment showed that abutment pressure of a point in front of working face conforms to actuality, namely increasing gradually first then trending to stability caused by mining, which verifies feasibility of the sensor for measuring abutment pressure.
