2010年绵阳市网络报告法定传染病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的分析绵阳市2010年法定传染病流行态势和传染病流行特点和影响因素,为制定本地区传染病防制对策提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2010年各类网络报告法定传染病疫情资料进行分类统计分析。结果2010年共报告乙丙类传染病24种,17 066例,总发病率321.24/10万,无甲类传染病报告。传染病构成以血源及性传播传染病、呼吸道传染病为主,其中,发病率居前5位的分别是肺结核(76.42/10万)、乙肝(63.42/10万)、其他感染性腹泻(49.20/10万)、手足口病(43.82/10万)、梅毒(29.50/10万)。结论 2010年绵阳市网络报告传染病以血源及性传播传染病、呼吸道传染病为主,是今后传染病防制工作的重点。Objective To provide scientific evidence the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Mianyang by analyzing the epidemic trend,epidemiological characteristics and the influencing factors in that area in 2010.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was performed and classification statistical analysis was adopted to the diseases data of Mianyang city in 2010.Results In 2010,24 kinds of class B and C infectious diseases,17066 cases were reported,the incidence rate was 321.24/10^5.No class A infectious disease was reported.The reported infectious diseases were mainly blood borne and sexually transmitted infections and respiratory infectious diseases.The top 5 of incidence rate were tuberculosis（76.42/10^5）,hepatitis B（63.42/10^5）,other infectious diarrhea（49.20/10^5）,hand-foot-and-mouth disease（43.82/105）,syphilis（29.50/10^5）.Conclusion The infectious diseases reported in Mianyang in 2010 were mainly blood borne and sexually transmitted infections and respiratory infectious diseases,these should be the focus of the further prevention and control work.
