摘　　要：本文分析南京市卫生局高压氧医疗质量控制管理委员会,16年高压氧医疗质量监管实践的发展历程。探讨高压氧医疗质量控制中心(委员会)实施医疗质量监管的模式;指出单纯依靠高压氧医学专家的监管模式存在无行政约束力或质量控制监管的质量、效率不高的弊端,多部门联合行政执法模式可履行全程监管高压氧舱的职能。To discuss the supervisory mode of hyperbaric oxygen medical quality controlled by,the supervisory practices were discussed in the last 16 years were analyses of hyperbaric oxygen medical quality control council of Nanjing Public Health Bureau,and then the problems were analyzed in the practices as there was of no administrative power or lower supervisory quality and poor supervisory efficiency in the supervisory mode of single constituent hyperbaric oxygen medical specialists and the joint administrative constituents of several government departments is a appropriate supervisory mode for hyperbaric oxygen medical quality control council to carry out its responsibility.
