摘　　要：总结本院30多年来开展特勤疗养期间体能训练的经验,形成从特勤疗养员入院前准备到体能训练计划制定、实施、体能考核及出院小结、疗养员归队后情况反馈等,一整套较为完善的标准化流程。The author summarized the 30 years＇ experiences on the standardized process of physical training of special agents in the convalescent period,which has covered five processes as preparation before the agents check in,plans of physical training,exercise,evaluation and providing feedback information of the special agents when they are back to troops.
