摘　　要：结合军队中小医院10余年后勤社会化改革中伤病员饮食管理实践,针对遇到的困难矛盾,论述须把握的关键环节和需要理顺的关系,并提出可行性建议。The author elaborated the reform of socialization in the patient dietary management in the small and medium military hospital for more than ten years,analyzed the difficulties and contradictions of the reform,and summed up the keys that must be grasped and relationships need to be coordinated.Also feasible suggestions were put forward.
