摘　　要：为完成多样化军事任务卫勤指挥需求,实现无缝适时卫勤指挥目标,按战时和非战时两种情况进行需求分析,提出野战救治机构卫勤指挥装备的三个模块。The construction system was elaborated to satisfy the medical command demands in the information-based war or non-military operations and un from four aspects： the aim of medical command equipment system,the demands in war or un-war period.And then the designs of the system were proposed as ＂one system,two main tracks,three modules,four layers＂.
