海上卫勤联保联训的做法与成效

摘　　要：本文探讨开展卫生救护艇为主要条件的"联保联训"以增强海上卫勤保障能力。提出"联保联训"的三个主要阶段:保障人员组成、训练的组织实施和办法步骤。总结"联保联训"在锻炼保障队伍、发挥对体系部队帮带作用,以及提高训练创新能力等方面的成效;总结训练中容易出现的问题及改进意见。The study was to explore the methods to develop medical support and co-training at the base of medical sea ambulance boat,so as to improve the ability of medical support at sea.There are three main parts in the co-training as the staff,the organization and the approach of training.And then the effects were analyzed in the medical support and co-training as improving the service abilities of the security team,helping the grass roots of the army,and improve the innovation of training.At last the problems were put forward and measures were proposed.
