摘　　要：本文介绍医院军民融合式发展的历程,论述医院军民融合发展的做法:更新观念,把军民融合作为促进医院建设发展的有效途径;加强组织领导,健全管理机构;科学论证,防范可能出现的风险;坚持宗旨,确保军队伤病员医疗权益;融入地方医疗体系;引进人才,壮大医疗实力;规范管理,实现互利双赢,并总结医院军民融合式发展的成效。To summarize the military hospital experience in the implantation of civil-military integration,in this paper the author described the history and the effectiveness of civil-military integration as following： recognize the civil-military integration as an effective way to promote hospital development,strengthen the leadership and perfect the management institutions,demonstrate scientifically to prevent the risks,persist the purpose and ensure the medical interests of the military wounded and sick,integrate to the local health care system,attract talents and strengthen medical strength,regulate management and achieve win-win situation.
