摘　　要：国家新医改政策对军队医院的发展和管理带来的影响现实且深远,军队医院应加强政策学习,熟悉和掌握新医改政策带来的种种变化,不断探索,积极寻找对策,谋求军队医院适应性可持续发展。The new national health care reform policy has brought the realistic and far-reaching impacts to the development and management of the military hospital,so the managers and staff should study about the new policy deeply,be familiar with and master the changes of new reform,and explore the solutions to achieve the sustainable development of the military hospital.
