摘　　要：本文从"优质护理服务示范工程"实践出发,针对干部病房的护理服务目标,提出采取转变服务理念,公开分级护理服务标准、服务内涵和服务项目,引入患者知情监督机制,改革服务模式等措施,确保实现护理服务质量让患者满意、家属放心、促进健康的目标。In order to provide service of patients satisfaction and the relation reassurance,the ＂high quality nursing service demonstration project＂ was put into practice,in which the nursing goal is of high quality,the new service concept is adopted,the contents are published of nursing graduation standard,service connotation and items,also the mechanisms of patients＇ rights of being informed and supervision are introduced,and the service mode is reformed.
