摘 要:圆角滚压是提高曲轴疲劳强度和综合机械性能的重要手段之一。对现有的曲轴圆角滚压强化机理进行梳理,在ABAQUS中依据曲轴圆角滚压的工艺过程对已建立的曲轴有限元简化模型施加载荷等边界条件,同时从曲轴滚压后残余应力分布的角度对曲轴在动力学上进行滚压的数值模拟,分析了曲轴滚压后的圆角处残余应力的分布和大小,得到残余应力在圆角处的总体分布趋势。发现滚压后曲轴强度得到强化的同时,在圆角两边缘区域也形成了削弱其强度的周向应力环带。Crankshaft fillet rolling is an important means that improves the fatigue strength and mechanical properties.According to the technology of the Crankshaft fillet rolling,the boundary conditions,such as load,were applied on the simplified finite element model in ABAQUS that has been established after summarizing the theory of the existed mechanism of the crankshaft fillet rolling.And then crankshaft fillet was rolled and the numerical simulation was carried out with dynamic method in the facet of residual stress distribution.After that,the trend of residual stress distribution on fillet of crankshaft was obtained.At the same time,another phenomenon has been found that the crankshaft was strengthened by fillet rolling,but a circular region around the edge of the fillet that weakened the strength of the crankshaft emerged.
