基于SDI-12的播种机种肥监测传感器研究

摘　　要：设计了一种基于SDI-12通信协议、红外发光二极管和红外光敏二极管、单片机组成的智能传感器,能够对播种机种箱和肥箱的料位情况进行实时监测,并介绍应用其实现的多路检测系统的主要功能及原理,给出软件设计程序框图。试验表明,本传感器能够实时、准确的检测出种肥的料位情况,具有工作稳定、结构简单、成本低,便于推广等特点。This intelligent sensor, which was designed on SDI-12 communication protocol, infrared LED, infrared photosensitive diode and MCU, could monitor the box and fertilizer of seeder in real-time, introduce the main function and principle of the application of the sensor to realize multi-channel test system and provide software design program diagrams.The tests indicated that the sensor could accurately monitor the material level of seed and fertilizer in real-time with working stable, simple structure, low cost and easy to promotion.
