摘　　要：法人单位基础信息库(以下简称"法人库")是我国电子政务领域的四大核心基础信息库之一。在常规的开发中,法人库平台和应用开发都集中在一起,不利于系统复用和快速开发。文章采用JavaEE多层架构思想,设计法人库GIS平台(Legal Person GIS,LPGIS),方便开发平台与具体应用的独立,实现快速开发。文章详细介绍了平台的设计思想、软件集的构成以及与特定GIS平台的对接方式。Company Legal Person basic information database is one of the four basic information database in Chinese electronic gov- ernment construction. In the soft development, Legal Person Platform development is usually Integrated with the system application software development, so it is not favorable to system reuse and rapid development. This paper adopts JavaEE multilayer Architecture to design Company Legal Person Geographic Information System （LPGIS）.LPGIS detaches concrete applications development from the software platform development, it also can help the rapid development.This paper partic-ularly introduces the idea of designing this system, main arithmetic and integration with given GIS platform.
