摘　　要：介绍了图书馆组织文化理论,阐述了高校图书馆组织文化构建的内涵,说明了高校图书馆组织文化构建的作用,提出了高校图书馆组织文化构建的途径。This paper introduces the theory of library＇s organizational culture, expounds the connotations of the construction of university library＇ s organizational culture, explains the functions of the construction of university library＇ s organizational culture, and puts forward some paths for the construction of university library＇ s organizational culture.
