摘　　要：传统的资产管理方式通过简单的数据记录来管理计量资产,管理过程中出现资产管理分散、无序存放、流通不便、资产利用率低、随意领取、资产流失等现象。通过电能计量资产定位管理系统的研究与建设,阳泉供电分公司实现了电能计量资产的定点定位存放、统一管理、统一检定,不仅杜绝了资产管理的人为性和随意性,更重要的是实现了与SG186系统的无缝衔接,实现了数据信息共享,形成了良性约束机制,有效地规范了电能计量管理,提高了电能计量的管理质量和工作效率。Traditional asset management mode realizes the management and measurement of assets through simple data records. And some phenomena occur in the management process such as dispersed assets management, unordered storage, inconvenient circulation, lower assets circulation rate, arbitrary reception, and assets loss, etc. Through the research and development of electricity measurement assets positioning and management system, Yangquan Power Supply Branch Company realizes the designated storage, unified management and unified verification of electricity measurement assets, which eliminates the artificial and arbitrary asset management, realizes the Seamless connection with SG186 system, realizes the data information sharing, forms a virtuous constraint mechanism, and effectively regulates the management and measurement of electricity, and improves the management quality and work efficiency of electricity measurement.
