摘　　要：本文从住房抵押贷款证券化的概念和作用入手 ,针对我国住房抵押贷款的发展现状和存在的问题 ,对我国实行住房抵押贷款证券化的可能性进行了较为全面的探讨。The author approaches the subject in an all round way on the possibility of mortgage loan by means of negotiable securities for housing in China, beginning the exposition with the concept and the function, and focusing the attention on the present situation in development and on the existing problems in mortgage loan for housing in our country
