摘　　要：介绍了浮动套筒式软密封和硬密封球阀阀座的结构,分析了阀门在干灰输送管道中工作的失效形式,给出了复合式膨胀型阀座密封结构及阀门的电气控制气动和液动驱动的原理和过程。This paper introduces in detail the usage of soft-sealing floating ball valve in the mortar pipes,the destructive process of ball valve seat and the ineffectiveness of hard-sealing ball valve in the dry motar pipes,and therefore can serve as reference for the designing on the soft and hard-sealing seat of ball valve,forming to the expansible seal that combined with soft and hard type available.
