摘　　要：探讨摄像系统在系统家庭治疗中的应用。方法 :用彩色摄像和高灵敏度录音系统 ,记录 137例接受系统家庭治疗及其中 73例随访家庭每次治疗访谈和随访访谈的全部过程 ,用相应调查表进行反馈。结果 :大多数家庭愿意按受摄像、观察 ,但受首次访谈气氛、治疗环境、服药、治疗师是否了解家庭的问题等因素的影响。结论 :摄像系统是系统家庭治疗技术的重要组成部分 ,适用于中国家庭 ,可逐渐推广。Objective: To explore the clinical application of audio-video system in systemic family therapy Methods: A total of 137 families were intervened by systematic family therapy and 73 families were followed up The process of each therapeutic or follow-up interview was recorded by color video cameras and high sensitive audio recording system Meanwhile a self-designed scale was used for feedback Results: Most of the families would like to be observed and recorded, but were influenced by the atmosphere of first interview, therapeutic environment, current medication, and understanding degree of the family's problem by psychotherapists Conclusions: Audio-video system is important part of systemic family therapy It is suitable for Chinese family and can be generalized and applied
