摘  要:采用裂区设计的方法,分别以光照和基质作为主、副处理因素,运用切茎撒播的方式进行观赏藓类大灰藓田间栽培,对其发枝长度、发枝数量和盖度进行统计分析,研究遮光和基质对大灰藓生长的影响。结果显示,全光照条件下各项测量指标均最低,随着遮光率的提高而呈上升趋势。锯末、泥炭、松皮3种有机基质上的发枝长度优于菜园土、黏土、河沙;发枝数量依次是河沙>锯末>泥炭>松皮>菜园土>黏土。全光照下大灰藓生长受到抑制,在遮光条件下同种基质大灰藓的盖度差异不显著,以60%遮光率最为理想,但河沙栽培的盖度明显低于其他基质。To investigate the growth of Hypnum plumaeforme,a design of split-plot with light intensity as main plot and substrate as subplot,and the broadcast sowing method of stem-cutting was applied.Statistical analysis was treated to branches length,branches number and coverage of H.plumaeforme culturing in field.The result indicated that each index under the shading condition was significant higher than under the full daylight,and those indices increased with the increasing of shading level.The branch length of organic substrate which was comprised saw powder,peat and pine bark was higher than other matrixes which were comprised garden soil,clay and sand.Sequence of the branches number was sand saw powder peat pine bark garden soil clay.Growth of H.plumaeforme was inhibited under the full daylight,and could obtain the best effect under 60% shading treatment,but there was no significant difference under the shading condition and the same substrate.The coverage of H.plumaeforme growing on sand was obviously lower than it on other substrates under the shading condition.
