摘 要:目的 设计一种用于治疗跟骨骨折的新型内固定钢板 ,并评价该钢板治疗跟骨骨折的近期疗效。 方法 通过对 10 8侧跟骨干燥标本的骨性测量 ,结合对 41侧跟骨骨折患者的X线片和CT扫描及其手术观察 ,设计出适用于跟骨骨折内固定治疗的可塑型跟骨钛钢板。在对该钢板的有关力学性能进行检测后 ,应用该钢板治疗跟骨骨折 33侧 ,平均随访 12 .4(6~ 2 2 )个月。结果 钢板各钉孔间的拉伸破坏载荷为 1840N ,而整块钢板纵向弯曲试验的最大载荷为 10 6 0N。螺钉的抗弯最大载荷为 6 90N ,螺钉的最大拔出力为 5 96N。33侧骨折中 ,2 9侧获随访。按Mary land足部评分系统评价术后功能 ,2 9侧中 ,优 16侧 ,良 12侧 ,可 1侧 ,优良率为 96 .5 %。 结论 本钢板设计合理 ,力学性能良好 。Objective [WT5”BZ]To develop a new model of plastic titanic alloy plate for treatment of calcaneal fracture. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]Development of this plate was based on an anatomic measurement in 108 adult dry calcaneal specimens, and X-ray plain films, CT scanning and surgical observation of 41 patients with calcaneal fracture. [WT5”HZ] Results [WT5”BZ]The maximum traction load between the nail hole of the plate was 1 840 N and the maximum longitudinal bending load was 1 060 N. The maximum bending load of the screw was 690 N and the maximum extraction force 596 N. Among these patients who were treated with this plate, 29 were followed up from 6 to 22 months(average,12.4 months),and the clinic result was evaluated using the Maryland Foot Score. Excellent clinical results achieved in 16 cases, good in 12, fair in 1, with the excellent and good clinical results being 96.5 percent. [WT5”HZ]Conclusions[WT5”BZ] This plate is confirmed to be reasonably contrived, have a good mechanical function, and could be used in various calcaneal fractures.
