胃双对比造影数字化成像的应用价值(附1000例报告分析)

摘　　要：目的 :了解数字化成像X线机的性能、特点及其对胃双对比造影的应用价值。方法 :使用日立 110XF 10 0 0mA数字化成像X线机 ,采用青岛东风化工厂生产的QD 3Ⅱ型硫酸钡干混悬剂及产气粉。选择 10 0 0例患者进行胃低张气钡双对比造影检查。结果 :10 0 0例患者 ,检出阳性率占 69.4% ,其中胃炎 5 63例 ,胃溃疡 72例 ,胃息肉 13例 ,胃癌 46例 ,其中早期胃癌 6例。小于 5mm以下病灶胃溃疡 12例 ,胃息肉 4例。所获得片子能够清晰地显示出胃小区和胃小沟。结论 :数字化成像X线机是目前检查消化道疾病最理想的设备 ,它可能与内镜相媲美 。Objective:To assess the value of digital imaging on double contrast examination of stomach.Methods:With Hitachi 110XF 1000mA digital imaging X ary equipment,using QD Ⅱ type barium emulsion produced by Dongfeng chemical factory in Qingdao,1000 cases of gastric disease were examined with hypotonie double contrast method.Results:Of the 1000 cases the positive rate was 69.4%,there were 563 cases of gastritis,76 cases of gastric ulcer,13 cases of gastric polyp,46 cases of gastric carcinoma,from which early stage gastric carcinoma 6 cases.Of the size of lesion below 5mm,there were 12 cases of gastritis ulcer and 4 cases of gastric polyp.Areae gastricae were clearly demonstrated.Conclusions:Digital imaging techniqueis an optimal method for X ray examination of stomach at present.It is comparable with endoscopy.
