摘　　要：本文介绍了"遗产地精神"的概念及其在少数民族聚居区文物建筑保护中的作用和意义,并结合《贵州省从江县增冲鼓楼文物保护规划》的具体案例,介绍了相应的观点和保护策略。According to the characteristic of the architecture heritage in areas inhabited by ethnic minorities,this paper expound a method of integral value estimation and conservation based on the preservation of the spirit of place.And put forward relative opinions and solutions with the case study of〈The Conservation Planning Of Zengchong Gulou Building in Congjiang County in Guizhou Province〉.
