摘　　要：科学发展观与经济法在人本主义、平衡协调和可持续发展等方面的价值理念具有内生的一致性。在强调科学发展观的大背景下,经济法价值理念的内涵必然随之丰富和发展,必然更加注重人本理念,实现发展与效益理念的更新,以及安全和公平理念内涵的重构,由此达到经济法体系的自我完善和具体制度的建构。经济回应性特征要求在顺应科学发展观要求下对政府运行进行制约,规制政策变动和权力运行,推动政府运行法治化。The scientific concept of development and economic law in the values of humanism,balance and sustainable development with endogenous consistency.The connotations of the concept of economic law value must be followed by a rich context of emphasis on the scientific development concept,and development,we must pay more attention to this concept,development and effectiveness of the concept of updates,as well as safe and fair idea of the connotation of reconstruction,which achieve economic law system of self-improvement and system construction.The economic response to the sexual characteristics to conform to the scientific concept of development,constraints on government-run regulatory policy changes and the exercise of power,to push the government to run the rule of law.
