摘　　要：供给替代是相关市场界定中需要考虑的重要竞争约束力量,但由于它的不完全性和潜在性,适用供给替代性可能产生过宽界定相关市场的风险,因此,应从供给反应的可能性、及时性、充分性等方面予以限制。此外,在适用供给替代性界定相关市场时应采用间接模式。Supply substitution is an important restraining force we should take into account in defining related market.Due to its incompleteness and potential,applicable supply substitution may take the risk of defining broader related market,which hence should be limited from possibility,timeliness,adequacy of supply response.In addition,indirect model should be adopted in defining related market with applicable supply substitution.
