摘 要:目的为减少肾脏手术的出血量并简化止血过程。方法将微波凝固止血技术用于肾手术。其中肾实质切开取石12例,鹿角形结石或伴下盏多发结石作肾下极、肾孟肾盏动开取石7例,肾部分切除术2例。结果了该法降低了术中出血量,缩短了手术时间。全组未出现延迟性出血、尿漏和尿路感染并发症。结论肾脏手术中应用微波凝固技术是安全可行的。Objective To explore the lessening of blood loss during kidney operation and the simplifying of the operation processes. Methods Microwave coagulation for hemostasis was carried out in 21 kidney operation.Nephrolithotomy was performed in 12, lower-pole pyelocalycolithotomy for the treatment of big stoghorn stone or stones in 7,and partial nephretomy in 2. Results Blood loss was lessened and operation time shortened. There were no complications of delayed bleeding urlne leakage or urinal infection. Conclusion It is indicated that microwave coagulation can be utilized safely and effectively in the field of renal surgery.
