摘　　要：由于国土资源部门户网站代表着国土资源部政府的形象,所以,确保门户系统的安全稳定运行具有重大意义。本文结合国家信息系统安全等级保护政策和要求,探讨如何有效建立以强制访问控制为核心的国土资源部门户网站安全防护体系。Portal websites of the Ministry of Land and Resources is the government＇s image.Ensuring the security and stability of the system is of great importance.With the considering on the levels of security information systems policies of country and requirements,this paper discusses how to effectively establish a mandatory access control which could be as the core of the Ministry of Land and portal of security system.
