摘　　要：2011年6月7日,国土资源部门户网站矿业权市场网正式开通,引起了社会的广泛关注。作为国土资源部推进管理信息公开、促进阳光行政的一项重要举措,矿业权市场网主要发布了矿业权出让转让公示公告信息及相关公开信息,所有非涉密探矿权采矿权登记信息公告以及探矿权采矿权登记信息查验等三大版块内容,满足了社会公众对矿业权市场信息公开的迫切要求,为行政管理接受社会监督构建了信息平台,促进了党风廉政建设长效机制的建立。June 7,2011,the portal of the computer network of the Ministry of Land and Resources on the market of mineral rights was opened,bringing a lot of attention in the society.As an important measure of the Ministry in terms of promoting disclosure and transparency in the administration,the Market information network of the mineral rights has advertised on the concession of mining rights,transfer and other related sources of information,as well as all non-confidential involved in exploration and mining rights with the newsletters for registration and verification,and the other information...its content of three major sections could satisfy the requirement of urgent public to have the information on the market of mineral rights,build an information platform to oversee the public authority,so that a long-term mechanism in term of honest government can be established.
