摘　　要：对知识服务在图书情报界历经十几年的研究与实践现状分析后,笔者认为高校的知识服务应从用户的特征,即用户的群体性和学科性出发,制订高校图书馆知识服务运行模式,在用户教育、信息集群建设及学科性知识服务等方面,整合馆藏和人力资源,动态地适应用户的变化需求。This paper starts from the discussion of the present status of the Knowledge Service in library and points out the mass and disciplinary characteristics of college library users.Finally,the Knowledge Service mode in college libraries is discussed from the following aspects： user training,construction of information mass and disciplinary knowledge service.
