摘　　要：本文从校企联办视角对高校高水平运动队做SWOT分析,分析高校高水平运动队与企业进行对接的可行性,探寻高校依托企业的经济优势、管理机制等,来发展高校高水平运动队问题。This paper, from the vision of school and enterprises joint sports team, makes SWOT analysis on col- lege high level sport team, analyzes the feasibility of butt joint, seek university relying on enterprise economic ad- vantage, management mechanism and promote the development of college high level sports team.
