摘　　要：强调主体参与是"以人为本"现代教育思想的要求,是教学实践的核心问题,对提高大学体育教学质量、发展大学生个性等具有重要作用。Emphasizing the subject participation is ＂ people- oriented＂ the request of the modern education thought, and also the core of teaching practice. It has significant function for improving college physical education quality and developing students＇personality.
