基于无纸化办公模式下广州大学体育学院专业课程表设计与应用

摘　　要：目的:基于无纸化办公模式下广州大学体育学院专业课程表的设计与应用。方法:采用Excel 2003进行课程编排,利用Excel的动态名称、数据有效性、条件格式、公式与函数等技术进行课程表的设计。结果:经过5年多实践检验与应用,表明课程表的设计合理、操作简便,方便老师查看自己的任课情况。结论:可以在广州大学所有学院,甚至其他实现了办公自动化的高校推广应用。Objective： Based on the paperless office mode, Guangzhou University Institute of physical education curriculum table is designed and applied. Methods： Using Excel 2003 curriculum design, and Excel dynamic name, data validity, conditional formatting, formulas and functions technology curriculum to make design. Re- sults ： after more than 5 years of practice and application, it shows that the design is reasonable, the curriculum, simple operation, convenient for teachers to show their own classroom situations. Conclusion： it can be promoted in all schools of Guangzhou University, and other implementation of office automation in colleges and universities.
