柴朴平喘合剂治疗激素依赖型哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨柴朴平喘合剂治疗激素依赖型哮喘撒减激素的成功率。方法：４０例激素依赖型哮喘患者口服柴朴平喘合剂。结果：患者临床症状和肺功能改善（Ｐ＜０．０１），血皮质醇浓度上升（Ｐ＜０．０１）·完全撤减激素１５．０％，部分撤减３２．５％。结论：柴朴平喘合剂具有抗气道慢性非特异性炎症的作用。To study bupleurum and magnolia mixture for relieving asthma on success rate of withdrawing hormone from the treatment of asthma at homone dependent type. Methods: 40 cases of asthma at hormone-dependent type were treated by bupleurum and magnolia mixture for relieving asthma. Results: Pulmonary functions had been improved (P<0. 01 ). cortisol concentration improved too (P<0. 01 )- The patients. withdrawing hormone totally, made up 15. 0%, and partly. 32. 5 %. Conclusion: Bupleurum and magnlia mixture has the effect of anti-chronical nonspective inflammation in trachea.
