氧化镁铵盐法制备高纯过氧化镁

摘　　要：在氯化铵溶液体系中,以氧化镁,过氧化氢为原料,制备高纯过氧化镁。研究表明采用氧化镁活性大于100,氯化铵/氧化镁不小于10%,过氧化氢∶氧化镁不小于4∶1,反应温度大于40℃情况下,反应时间不小于30 min,可制备出纯度大于90%的过氧化镁。Magnesium peroxide with high purity is prepared usiing magnesium oside and hydrogen peroxide as raw material in ammonium chloride solution system.It is showed that magnesium peroxide with purity over 90% can be produced when the activity of magnesium oxide is more than 100,the content of ammonium chloride in magnesium oxide is not less than 10%,the ration of hydrogen peroxide to magnesium oxide is not less than 4 ∶ 1,the reaction temperature is more than 40 ℃ and the reaction time is not less than 30 min.
