中药坐浴在痔术后应用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药坐浴在痔术后应用的临床效果。方法将60例痔术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用中药坐浴治疗,对照组采用常规换药治疗。观察两组患者术后疼痛、肿胀、渗血及创面愈合的情况。结果观察组有27例痊愈,3例好转;对照组20例痊愈,10例好转。观察组在术后恢复中的疼痛、水肿、渗血症状减轻,以及愈合时间缩短,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痔术后用中药坐浴替代常规换药治疗可显著提高痔术后的恢复效果,使术后反应减轻,伤口愈合时间缩短,值得推广应用。Objective Observe the effect of Bath on the therapeutic effect of hemorrhoid surgery.Methods 60 patients with hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into observation and the control group,30 patients in each group.Herbal bath treatment observation group and control group treated with conventional medication.The endpoints were postoperative pain,swelling,bleeding and wound healing.Results After treatment,Observation group cured 27 cases,improved in 3 cases;the control group cured 20 cases,10 cases improved,without any adverse reactions.Wound pain score,wound bleeding,wound edema,wound healing in a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Patients with hemorrhoids medicine hemorrhoids sitz bath can significantly improve the effectiveness of postoperative recovery,postoperative response to reduced wound healing time,should be widely applied.
