三联疗法治疗直肠脱垂24例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨三联疗法治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法采用经肛门直肠黏膜点状结扎、消痔灵注射及肛门紧缩术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂24例,观察其术后疗效及并发症,并跟踪随访6个月至3年。结果 21例痊愈,占87.5%,3例轻度复发,均无严重并发症出现。结论经肛门直肠黏膜点状结扎、消痔灵注射及肛门紧缩术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂,效果好、痛苦小、并发症少,是一种微创、安全可靠的手术方法,值得推广。Objective To explore an effective and reliable,easy to operate,and fewer complications treatment of rectal prolapse.Methods Through the anus rectal point-like ligation,injection Xiaozhiling and tightening in the treatment of 24 adult patients with anal complete rectal prolapse,observe the efficacy and postoperative complications,and followed up 6 months to 3 years.Results 21 patients were cured（87.5%）,3 patients with mild recurrence,no serious complications.Conclusion Analrectalpoint-likeligation,and anal injection Xiaozhiling,tightening in the treatment of complete rectal prolapse in adults,the effect is good,less pain,fewer complications.It is a minimally invasive,safe and reliable operation,worth promoting.
