摘  要:氟硅酸钠法为冰晶石工业开辟了丰富的新氟源,并解决了磷肥工业的三废问题。工艺研究以提高氟利用率和产品质量为目标,研发了多种新工艺,以及脱硅、除铁、除硫酸根、分步结晶、冰母废液级联分离-吸附、降低灼减率等新技术。工艺技术的进步,为冰晶石生产技术整体水平的提升打下了良好的基础。工艺技术研究的趋势是,以磷化工为依托,发展规模化工艺装备,生产纯度高、粒度大、流动性好、分解率高,能够满足现代电解铝工艺要求的高分子比产品。The cryolite process with sodium fluosilicate method is not only opened up the new fluoride resource,but also solved the question of three wastes on phosphate fertilizer industry.In order to enhance the utilizing of the resource and the quality of product,the research operate a new method for simultaneously producing cryolite and silica white,along with the new technology of desilicification.de ironing,removing sulfate radical,fractional crystallization,the separation-adsorption concatenation on waste mother liquor of cryolite.The development of technology makes a good base for the upgrade of whole cryolite production level.Now the new study on the process is based on the phosphate industry,enlarging scale equipment to produce the high purity,big particle size,good fluidity,high resolution ratio and high molecule ratio products,which can meett the neet of modern aluminium electrolysis process.
