摘　　要：基于泛资源观的文化产业资源整合,是以大型文化企业为龙头,以文化产业园区为产业集群载体,在挖掘顾客隐性需求的基础上,整合产业内外资源,形成较为完整的文化产业链,并以业务流程为核心,整合泛资源。政府应通过构建宽松的制度环境,加强对文化企业的扶持,以促进我国文化产业整体竞争力的提升。The resources integration of the cultural industry based on the pan-resource idea takes a large scale culture enterprise as the bibcock,the culture industry garden area as the carrier of the industry cluster,integrates the internal and external industry resources by digging the recessive customer demand,forms a complete chain of culture industry,and takes the business process as the core,integrate the pan-resources.The government should strengthen the support of the enterprise culture to promote our country＇s culture industry competitiveness of ascension by constructing the loose system environment.
