我国保税区对腹地经济作用的综合评价

摘　　要：从保税区对腹地经济的拉动力和拉动效果两个方面入手构建指标体系,利用动态综合评价方法来评价各保税区对其腹地经济发展的拉动作用,结果表明:保税区对腹地经济拉动作用存在明显的地域特性差异,保税区对经济腹地的影响存在交叉效应,在地域上彼此相邻或相近的保税区,往往在发展规模、特征和性质上也存在相似性,其作为增长极对腹地经济的拉动也往往会相互影响,相互渗透,使得这些保税区经济腹地的受益具有相似性。The effect of free trade zone＇s role in boosting the interior economy exists obvious regional feature differences,the effect of free trade zone on economic hinterland exists cross effect,regions which adjacent to each other or close to free trade zone often has similarity in the development scale,characteristics and properties.As the growth pole,the pull function on the interior economy also tends to influence each other,mutual penetrate,and the economic benefit of the hinterland of the bonded area are similar.
